How to order?

To place an order, find the product that suits you and click the “Add to cart” button, then enter your order information. If the order has been successfully submitted, you will receive an e-mail confirmation.

How is the payment
made?

Orders can be paid for with a bank link or credit card.

By selecting a suitable bank, you will be directed to the Internet bank, where you will see a pre-filled payment order. Confirm the payment and then leave the Internet bank by clicking the “Back to the merchant” button. It is also possible to receive a prepay invoice and pay directly to a bank account or pay cash when picking up an order yourself.

All prices are in EUR (symbol €) and include 20% VAT.

Muhubrands.com reserves the right to change prices.

How to receive the
ordered goods?

The posting methods of the Muhubrands.com e-store are as follows:

  • Sending Omniva, Smart Post and DPD parcel machines.
  • Courier.
  • It is also possible to pick up the order yourself in our store, which is located in the Muhu handicraft studio (entrance from the end of the kindergarten building from the apartment buildings).

Postage is calculated automatically, provided that one order is destined for one destination address.

If the Customer wishes to deliver the goods to different addresses, different orders must be placed and postage costs must be paid accordingly.

Postage does not apply to orders that the customer picks up in our store.

We also offer International shipping. The exact cost will be calculated once order has been received and we will then send a separate invoice for the shipping.

How long is the
delivery time?

Shipping costs are borne by the buyer and the corresponding price information is displayed next to the shipping method.

Delivery takes a few working days within Estonia, 7-9 days in Europe. These deadlines are informative. If the product has not arrived by then, contact the Online Store.

In exceptional cases, the right to deliver the goods within up to 60 calendar days.

The Online Store is not responsible for delays or problems that have occurred if the delay or problem has arisen due to the inaccuracy of the data entered by the Customer when placing the order or if the delay is due to the Supplier.

How to use
a gift card?

The gift card and e-gift card are valid in the Muhubrands.com e-shop. Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash. The validity of gift cards is marked on the card.

How can I return
the goods?

Pursuant to § 56 of the Law of Obligations Act, the consumer may withdraw from a contract entered into by means of a means of communication within 14 days. The period shall begin on the day on which the goods reach the consumer. If the buyer withdraws from the contract, we will return the amount paid by him as soon as possible, but not later than within 14 days after receiving the returned goods. The buyer must return the goods received from the seller immediately, but not later than within 7 days of sending the withdrawal application.
