Pädaste Ramson-Hazelnut Pesto is made from a delicious wild garlic growing in the manor garden. It is delicious to spread on a slice of toast, mix it with young steamed potatoes, pasta or rice. Also great for omelette, fish or meat as a seasoning component, both before and after cooking.
